Ingredients
Quick and easy sheet pan shrimp fajitas. Serve with tortillas, cilantro, avocado, or any other condiments you like while only using one pan.
1 (1 ounce) bundle fajita preparing
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 ½ pounds crude shrimp, stripped and deveined
1 red ringer pepper, cut into strips
1 yellow ringer pepper, cut into strips
1 red onion, cut into strips
1 jalapeno pepper, cut into rings
Preheat the broiler to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Blend fajita preparing and olive oil together in an enormous bowl. Add shrimp; throw to cover.
Spread out prepared shrimp in a solitary layer on a baking sheet. Add ringer peppers, red onion, and jalapeño; blend in with shrimp and spread out equitably.
Cook in the preheated stove until shrimp are dark, 8 to 10 minutes. Move shrimp to a serving plate.
Cook pepper blend until daintily darkened, 2 to 3 minutes. Move to the serving plate with shrimp.
