1. Clean the greens completely and remove stems. Dry well and attack salad pieces or cut across the leaf into 1/2" pieces.
2. In a huge profound pot or skillet with a cover, saute garlic in oil. Add greens in dish with 1 cup water, cover; steam for 4 minutes. 3. Uncover, mix continually until greens shrivel. Add salt and pepper and keep on blending on high until combination is completely wet. Sprinkle juice vinegar. Cover; switch off heat; let stand until prepared to serve.
