Meals
Prepare a good bowl of soup in close to no time, ideal for a fast lunch or warming dinner
1l hot vegetable stock
400g tin slashed tomato
100g meager spaghetti, broken into short lengths
350g frozen blended vegetable
4 tbsp pesto
sprinkle of olive oil
coarsely ground vegan parmesan-style cheddar, to serve
Stage 1
Carry the stock to the overflow with the tomatoes, then, at that point, add the spaghetti and cook for 6 mins or until done. A couple of moments before the pasta is prepared, add the vegetables and take back to the bubble. Stew for 2 mins until everything is cooked.
Stage 2
Serve in bowls showered with pesto and oil, sprinkled with parmesan
