Directions for Sweet-and-Spicy Steak Lettuce Wraps Recipe:
-
Combine two-thirds of grated garlic, Chosen Foods 100% Pure Avocado Oil, 3 Tbsp. lime juice, honey, and 2 Tbsp. sriracha in a large resealable plastic bag.
- Season steak generously with kosher salt and pepper on both sides and add to bag. Seal bag and massage steak to coat. Let sit at room temperature at least 15 minutes, or chill, turning bag occasionally, up to 4 hours.
- Combine Chosen Foods Classic Mayo made with 100% Pure Avocado Oil, remaining grated garlic, 2 Tbsp. lime juice, and 1 Tbsp. sriracha in a small bowl and stir to combine; season with salt. Chill spicy lime mayo aside until ready to serve.
- Prepare a grill for medium-high heat; spray grate with Chosen Foods 100% Pure Avocado Oil Spray . Remove steak from marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Grill steak, turning once, until deeply browned and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 130° for medium-rare, 4–8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the meat. Transfer steak to a cutting board and let rest 10 minutes before thinly slicing against the grain.
- Arrange steak, lettuce leaves, cilantro, and lime wedges on a large platter. Place peanuts in a small bowl and set on platter. Serve lettuce wraps with spicy lime mayo and more sriracha.
